I bought this willow tree at Lowes 2 years ago and it was doing fine until this Spring. None of the flowers on the tree bloomed and now it looks totally dried up and dead. I water it all the time but it still looks dead. What can I do to bring it back to life?

I think it may be a pussy willow tree...in that case quit watering and take a cutting that is still green...put in bucket with water and watch for roots...change water often...after roots appear then plant in ground
