Do certain seasons have an effect on your personality?
My favorite is Summer! I get to do physical things like outdoor sports and walking, window shopping, sidewalk cafes. I live in the North East (NY). Winter is my least favorite month cuz although I consider myself a night person, the fact that there is less sunlight (shorter day) depresses me and working nine to five where you are indoor for the most part of the day and leave work and it's already dark out only to wake up early and it's still dark out :( I like but not my favorite are fall and spring because of fashion. You can layer and mix and match and all that fun stuff to express yourself.
Reply:I used to love summer, but now it's my least favorite. The sun and heat are repressive.
I like the cloudy, cool, dark days of November. Maybe I am related to Edgar Poe.

Reply:yes, up here in alaska, its common to have Seasonal Affective Disorder. we actually have lamps you can buy because they say the lack of light is what causes the symptoms.
i am much more restless and even more ornery in the summer months where theres no darkness.
and much more reserved and slow in the winter months when there is little light.
the fall is my favorite. i am much more productive (harvest months).
Reply:Spring and Fall, because they involve changing... it's more of a process than Winter or Summer!
Reply:I learned in Health that winter is a depressing time for people and more suicides occur in the winter.
So i'm guessing it can affect your mood/ personality.
Reply:grey wintery days with little or no sunshine make me feel SAD and miserable.
My favourite season is a toss up between Spring and Autumn.

Reply:Being In the southeast region of the US I personally like fall the best. Not too hot..least not usually and not too cold..not usually...LOL...best of both worlds..and my ancestry is from this region so I really like it all..but fall the most.
