Its just been snowing like crazy and I start hoping that things are going to change when I see the sun come out and the weather becomes beautiful for a day or 2 and then the snow and cold becomes even more worse than what it used to be. I am trying to find out how soon I can start seeing all the birds and flowers bloom again
By when will spring start this year in OH?
The first day of spring is March 21.
