I do not believe so Vera. I live in Upper Marboro, Maryland. And just days ago Cherry blossoms were starting to bloom in Washington DC and flowers had begun to come up. But today it is 20F and there is snow and ice on our ground. So I don't think we should worry about our weather no matter where we live on this beautiful planet.
I'm in Crete. Its boiling hot. The flowers think its spring,should we be worried?
