I want to move some strawberry plants but their flowers have bloomed and I don't think that you are suppose to move them in the Spring. Would they survive if I transplanted them now?

If they are June-Bearing plants, you can't move them until they are done producing berries.
If they are ever-bearing, you can transplant them now, but be sure to water them well all summer.
